3*6 Tactile Switch's Working Principle

Initial state: In the initial state, the shrapnel and soldering piece (contact) of the 3×6 SMD flick switch are in the disconnected state, and the circuit does not conduct.

Pressing the button: When the user gently presses the switch button, the button exerts a force downward, causing the shrapnel to deform under the external force. The shrapnel deforms and comes into contact with the solder lugs (contacts), causing the two pins of the switch to conduct, thus creating a circuit path. This process is fast and accurate, providing the user with clear and consistent feedback of the operation.

Push Button Release: When the user releases the push button, the tabs return to their original shape under their own elasticity, breaking contact with the tabs (contacts) and closing the circuit.
