6x6 Tact Switch

A complete touch switch is composed of five parts: key, cover plate, shrapnel, base and terminal. The material of the touch switch key is PPA or LCP, and the cover plate can be copper or iron cover. The terminals are made of stainless steel to meet their high life requirements, the base is generally made of PPA, and for good contact, the terminals are generally made of brass plated silver

2. 6*6 Tact Switches' Operating Principle

When the button is pressed, the spring is compressed, and the button is in contact with the contact piece, so that the circuit forms a path. When the button is released, the spring returns to its original state, the button is separated from the contact piece, and the circuit is disconnected. The on-off state of a tap switch is achieved in this way.
