Pin headers serve as bridges within circuits, connecting interrupted or isolated sections to facilitate current or signal transmission. They are typically paired with female headers to form board-to-board connections, or with electronic wire harness terminals for board-to-wire connections. They may also be used independently for board-to-board connections.
Pin header classifications:
1. By pitch: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.27mm, 2.0mm, 2.54mm.
2. By plastic height and quantity (e.g., single-plastic, double-plastic, triple-plastic, etc.).
3. By number of rows: single-row, double-row, triple-row, quad-row, etc. Currently, the maximum is quad-row.
