KKG Electronics presents the DIP-EPI Series, a specialized electronic dip switch designed for ergonomic accessibility. Unlike standard slide types, this model features "piano" style levers that operate with a rocking motion, providing excellent tactile feedback and visibility. This side-actuated design is perfect for stacked PCBs or enclosures where top access is restricted. The series is available in various pole counts, ranging from the compact dip switch 8 pins (4-position) equivalent up to 10-position modules, all maintaining the standard 0.100" pitch. As a versatile mini dip switch, it combines the ease of manual operation with the high reliability of gold-plated contacts. Whether used for address setting or mode selection, this dip switch ensures stable logic definition in demanding electronic environments.

Yamaha HS8 DIP Switch's Product Operating Principle

Rocker Mechanism: The actuator functions as a pivoting lever; pressing it down engages a spring-loaded internal contact to bridge the terminals.
Side Access: Designed as a piano type, the levers are oriented for easy operation from the side or edge of the PCB, distinguishing it from top-slide models.
State Locking: The internal cam structure ensures the lever snaps firmly into the ON or OFF position, preventing ambiguous logic states.

Q4. Can you open mold for teminal order or uncommon mold?
A: OK, we need time to discuss in details, such us the cost for open mold, and need to know the forecast, end product and lifespan.

Q5:What kind of files are required for quotation?
A: For PCB quotation, please provide the Gerber data / files and indication of related technical requirements as well as any special
    requirement.
    For PCBA quotation, please provide Gerber data / files and BOM (bill of materials). If you need function test, please also provide
    the test instruction/ procedure.
