Components of coding Switch

    Coded switches are mainly composed of five parts: knob, switch handle, adjustable coding disk, coding plate and keypad. The knob and handle are used to set the control conditions, the adjustable coding disk and the coding plate form the codable parts and provide the coding signals, and the keys are used to realize the control operation of the switch.

Product Working Principle

      The operating principle of a coded switch is based on binary coding. The rotation of the knob drives the adjustable coding disk and the coding plate through the switch handle, and the angle of change of the knob is recorded, and different binary codes are marked on the adjustable coding disk and the coding plate. When the switch is operated, the pushbutton rotates the adjustable coding disk and the coding plate together, and the contacts of the coding plate come into contact with the wires on the adjustable coding disk, and output the relevant control signals according to the connected binary codes, realizing the function of switch control.
