Precision Electroplating Process
The electroplating process ensures stable color deposition on printed surfaces with excellent brightness and a smooth coating. It primarily consists of four stages: pre-treatment (degreasing, micro-etching, activation, post-immersion), nickel plating, gold plating, and post-treatment (waste gold rinsing, DL rinsing, drying).

Lead-containing solder
The eutectic temperature of lead-containing solder is lower than that of lead-free solder. The exact difference depends on the lead-free solder's eutectic temperature plus 30–50 degrees Celsius, requiring actual adjustment. The eutectic temperature of lead-containing solder is 183 degrees Celsius. Its brightness and other properties are superior to those of lead-free solder.

Lead-Free Solder
Lead enhances the reactivity of solder during the soldering process, making leaded solder easier to work with than lead-free solder. However, lead is toxic and poses health risks with prolonged exposure. Additionally, lead-free solder has a higher melting point than leaded solder, resulting in significantly stronger solder joints.
