Three Common Components on Camera PCBA Boards
1. Wafer (Board-to-Board / Wire-to-Board Connector)
Function: Signal + Power Transmission
Common Applications:
Connecting camera sensor modules
Connecting LCD screens, ribbon cables, FPCs
Connecting microphones, speakers, motors
2. Battery Holder
Function: Power supply for the entire PCBA
Purpose: Supplies power to the main controller, camera, screen, and buttons
Essential path for the charging circuit
3. Tactile Switch (Tact Switch / Push Button Switch)
Function: User operation interface
Common functions:
Power on/off
Photo capture / Video recording
Reset, mode switching
Emergency recording

How do they work
Wafer Connector: Transmits signals and power supply for the camera, screen, and sensors.
Battery Dock: Provides stable power input and charging connectivity for the entire device.
Tactile Switch: Enables manual operations including power-on, photo capture, video recording, and reset.
Cooperative Logic: Battery dock supplies power → Tactile switch triggers commands → Wafer transmits signals → Camera functions normally.
