Hollow encoder operation precautions
1. Whether the resolution of the encoder is the use requirement of the device means that when the encoder works, it will output a set of pulses per turn to see whether the accuracy requirements of the device are met.
2. The output modes of the hollow encoder are commonly push-pull output, open collector and voltage output. Then, when using the encoder, it is necessary to consider whether its output mode and the interface circuit
of the device's control system match.
3. During the use of the encoder, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the connection between the encoder output shaft is flexible, such as loosening or jumping, which will cause the shaft disc of the encoder to be easily damaged.
4. When operating the encoder wiring, be sure to ensure that the wiring between the encoder and the device is not connected incorrectly, so as to avoid damage to the internal circuit of the encoder due to incorrect connection in use.
5. In the frequent use of hollow encoders, it is necessary to pay attention to the regular inspection of the parts connected to the encoder and the device, such as checking whether the fixing screw of the encoder is loose, or whether there is any fault between the lines, so as to avoid some safety hazards and other accidents in the use of the encoder.
