The 12×12 waterproof microswitch is a 12mm × 12mm microswitch with waterproof capabilities. IP67 12*12 Tact Switch's Product Operating Principle

Based on a sealed structure that isolates external liquids, external pressure drives deformation of the internal metal spring leaf, achieving instantaneous contact between the contacts (circuit closure). When the external force is removed, the spring leaf returns to its original position through elasticity, separating the contacts (circuit break), ultimately achieving the instantaneous control function of “press to close, release to open.” The core design principle addresses reliability in humid environments through sealing, without compromising the switch's fundamental mechanical-to-electrical conversion logic. It is suitable for low-current, instantaneous-triggering applications.

Our DIP switches are typically packaged in plastic bags, then placed inside cardboard boxes, and finally loaded into large shipping cartons. 

Due to varying product heights, the minimum packaging quantity per bag may differ. Please consult customer service for specific details.  

 Generally:  

 - 1,000 pieces per plastic bag;  

 - 70,000 pieces per cardboard box.
